Q: How long will it take to process my order?
A: Please allow up to 5 business days to process your order however most orders are processed next business day. If your order will take more than five business days to process we will notify you as soon as we can to provide you with the estimated shipping date.

Q: How long will it take me to receive my order after it is mailed?
A: Shipping time varies by the type of shipping you chose during checkout and where the package is going. The following are shipping times quoted by the USPS:
Express Mail - Overnight to most areas
Priority Mail - 2 Business Days
Parcel Post - 5 Business Days
Media Mail - 5 Business Days
Canadian Shipping - 4-7 Business Days but we have seen many Canadian shipments take 3-4 weeks

Q: What if I need to return my item(s)
A: If you received a item from us and ether is an error in the engraving please email us. Include your order number, item name or number and what the issue is. In most cases we will send you a replacement item the next day at no charge. If you received an item that is defective, broken or varies significantly from the description and/or image on our site we may ask you to return the item for us so we can return it to our suppler. If we ask you to return an item to us we will send you a pre-paid label.

Q: How does your 100% Satisfaction Guarantee work?
A: We always hope that our customers will be happy with their order. If you are not satisfied with your order we will, at our discretion, either refund your purchase price (less any S/H) and allow you keep your purchase or we will replace the item(s) you are not happy with. We may ask that you ship the item(s) you are not satisfied with back to us. Guarantee applies to consumer orders of two or less items of each item not to exceed 5 items total or $100 maximum.

Q: Do you offer to ship carriers other than USPS?
A: We use the USPS for most of our retail shipments. If you would like us to use another carrier you can make your request in the special instructions section when checking out. NOTE: there may be an additional charge for shipping a carrier other than USPS. We will contact you if this is the case. For our corporate and reseller costumers we offer USPS, FedEx and UPS shipping options.

Q: Can I have additional letters or lines of personalization on my item?
A: It depends on the item and personalization method:
Laser Engraved Items - Includes metal marked items, wood items, glassware, anodized and suede items. These items can usually accept additional lines of text or more letters than we allow on the ordering page. Be aware that as we add more information to each line the text will need to be smaller and may be hard to read if there is too much information. If you would like additional text on an item you can make the request when checking out in the special instruction box or email us prior to ordering. There may be an additional fee for extra lines, if you just need to add a few extra characters to fit your message there is no additional charge.
Hot Stamped/Embossed Items - Includes leather and paper items. These items may be able to add additional lines however unlike laser engraving we can not reduce the size of the font to accommodate more characters. Please email us prior to ordering if you need additional characters. We can add extra lines to most items however there will be an additional charge, again please emails us for a quote
